A secret hideaway consisting of a two bedroom apartment, lavishly furnished with soft velvet, leather and full of Indian rugs in a Victorian boudoir homage, soft lighting, antiques and oil paintings abound. It’s a perfect place to relax with a good brandy and a book or soak in the rolltop bath in candlelight.

The beds are enveloping and the Egyptian cotton sheets are sheer bliss. A few steps away from here you can have a quiet candlelit dinner and soak up some of the Inn’s character and meet Boris the cat before slipping off back up to your retreat. If eating alone is your preference our staff will be happy to bring your order to you from both the kitchen and bar.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen should you wish to cook for yourself. There is complimentary tea and coffee supplied and also a tuck box and wine in the fridge - only pay for what you use. Inaddition we can fill the decanters with wine and or spirits of your choice upon request at time of booking. Use us a base for country walks and weekends exploring the rich countryside and many beaches the area has to offer.
